Each month, your letter is carefully prepared and sent by post, something made to arrive quietly in your mailbox.

All letters are mailed on the 15th of each month.

If you join after this date, your first letter will be sent with the next mailing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Canada & U.S.: approximately 2–8 business days
• International: approximately 10–14 business days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, especially during busy seasons.

Shipping is included with your membership.

There are no additional shipping fees.

We will gladly resend your letter or apply a credit toward your next month.

Please ensure your mailing address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
